The team at Worthing Medical Group work hard to ensure that we help you with your healthcare
needs and to make everything run as smoothly as possible for you.

Things don't always go to plan and we value your feedback about how things could go better how
and how we could improve things in future for you and other patients. Please speak to a member of
the team in person or contact us by phone, email or fax. Our recent patient survey report is also
available.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint or concern about the
services you have received from the doctors or
any of the staff working in this practice, please
let us know. We operate a practice complaints
procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing
with complaints. Our complaints procedure meets
national criteria.

Your complaint will remain confidential to
members of the practice team and those we
need to talk to for the process of resolving your
complaint. Your complaint does not form part of
your medical records and is kept separate from
